1. Purpose
Vouchers and gift boxes sold by Run to the Light are intended for escape game experiences as described in the information provided at the time of purchase. They are valid for a period defined at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
2. Control
The order for a gift voucher or gift box is considered accepted upon receipt of full payment by Run to the Light. Once the order has been confirmed, an e-voucher or gift box will be issued according to the purchaser’s choice and sent to the email address or postal address specified at the time of purchase.
3. Use of Gift Vouchers and Gift Boxes
Vouchers and gift packs can only be used to book an escape game session at Run to the Light. They can be exchanged for a session corresponding to the number of people specified at the time of purchase.
4. Prices and Number of Participants
Vouchers and gift sets are priced according to the number of participants specified at the time of purchase. It is essential to note that the cost of the session is based on the actual number of participants and not on the face value of the voucher. Consequently, any price adjustment for a different number of participants will be made without deduction from the original value of the voucher.
For example, if a voucher for 2 people is purchased for €72 (i.e. €36 per person), but in the end 4 people take part in the session, at a cost of €112 (i.e. €28 per person), only the supplement for the additional participants will be deducted, i.e. 2 times €28.
5. Responsibilities
Run to the light reserves the right to change the times and availability of escape game sessions, subject to prior notification of the relevant voucher and gift box holders.
6. Applicable law
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
7. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Run to the light reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Purchasers will be notified of any modification, which will apply to purchases made after the said modification.
8. General provisions
Run to the light undertakes to do everything in its power to ensure that gift vouchers or gift boxes are delivered as quickly as possible. However, in the event of delays beyond our control or resulting from unforeseen circumstances, Run to the Light cannot be held responsible for late delivery. Consequently, no claim for reimbursement can be made for late delivery.
